When to seek family counselling?

Navigating human relationships is not always easy. If you need guidance, a confidential conversation with a trained outsider can often help resolve the problem.

The Family Counselling Centre supports couples and families from Espoo and Kauniainen.

Currently, our family counsellors offer consultations both in person and online via MS Teams. Together with each client, we set clear objectives for our work and determine the duration of our commitment.

There are different stages in a relationship:

“Your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.’ (Song of Solomon 2:14, NIV UK)

‘I looked for my beloved but did not find him. I called him but he did not answer.’ (Song of Solomon 5:6, NIV UK)
